Having returned home from Lifestyle Puerto Plata today, I simply must thank you very much indeed for arranging such a superb stay.
Firstly, the villa M3 that was allocated to us was stunning! The location, sea views and style of the property were spot on but the
big and most welcome surprise to us was that we were given this four bedroom villa rather than the three we had expected. It is
a very rare occurrence in these times to receive more than one had expected or paid for! All the various arrangements you made for
us were fully utilized and very much enjoyed and appreciated by all.
I find that the resort is very well organized and all services run very smoothly and are of very good quality which makes for a
very welcome break for us to escape from our winter’s gloom. Some of our party had some quite serious health issues during
our stay but the excellent doctors on site resolved the issues very efficiently.
There is no doubt that I will be asking you to take care of me and mine again for our next trip to the Caribbean.
I thank you once more for your help in enabling us to enjoy a really pleasant holiday.

I wanted to send you a note to thank you again for our fantastic trip this year. The Cofresi was phenomenal, the room was beautiful,
the staff was fantastic, the restaurants were amazing and the weather couldn't have been better. We golfed twice at Los Mangos,
we went horseback riding on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed the beaches. Denis and I had zero problems starting with check
in to check out. Our American friends, unfortunately, can not say the same. I won't even go into what they dealt with, because
quite frankly, they were warned. One of them actually asked if I could talk to you about converting their membership through
you somehow LOL! You clearly have worked very hard to garner the respect and service your guests receive and we are delighted
to be on the receiving end of it, that's for sure!I will be posting on Trip Advisor later today and thank you again, very very much!

Now that I've returned from vacation and gotten back into my routine, I wanted to send a quick note of thanks for organizing
my and Kristal's trip to DR. It was a blast and I can tell that you are very highly regarded around the entire resort. I'm considering
returning next year with my family, so I'll keep you posted.
Our host LUIJO and Julia at check-in were nothing short of amazing. Even Junior (who handled our bags) was terrific. I can tell
that the resort had undergone some serious upgrades since I was there two years ago.

Just wanted to send along a note to say thanks for arranging the last minute move from Puerto Plata to Punta Cana for us –
we had a great time,
the resort, while small right now, was a great place for us to enjoy Spring Break.
They are really pushing to buy weeks at Puerto Plata even more than Punta Cana, which was interesting. Right now they are
limited in Punta Cana
to the 8 bldgs and 3 restaurants / 2 smallish pools, but we understand from owners there that they have
purchased additional property on both sides
and by summer 2015 will have greatly expanded the resort.
Staff was exceptional, restaurants limited with only 3 and no menu changes, dinner got a bit stale, but still the resort and staff
were top notch.
Thanks we know we are coming back and will try Puerto Plata next time, Lifestyle definitely knows how to do it right, and that’s
coming from a
family of world travelers~~

What an amazing time I had in Puerto Plata! The food, drinks, and entertainment were excellent! The accommodations were
excellent too.
I was in 6111 and it was in a perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach and pool areas! I look forward to retuning again

Brenda and myself had a great time in LHVC for the 2 weeks we were there. The villa and staff were great as always.
We had a minor problem of someone with access to the villa taking all of Brenda’s Stevia – it was 50 individual packages in a
main bag and they were all gone by the 1st week (she needs it as she is borderline diabetic and can’t use normal sugar). We
did report it to Calvin our main rep. I don’t recall the ladies name but she did follow up 3 days later to say staff was interviewed
and no one admitted to it.. Brenda did say to Calvin and Jeff that she didn’t want anyone to get into trouble, but if they would
have asked her to try some, she could have shared and informed the person about diabetes
I also wanted to ask if we were supposed to get a limo ride back to the airport?? I re-read what you have on your webpage
and it didn’t mention about a limo for any portion of the trip. The reason I ask was that we got a limo ride back to the airport.
I tried to ask the limo driver but he didn’t speak English well and he just had the sign with both yours and my last name.
We both enjoyed the experience, but also wanted to know if it was a benefit of the gold bracelet?

I do not know how we are going to top this vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed all the VIP services that were available to us.
We stayed in Villa 18B...what a great location.. We loved all the beaches, restaurants, and PREMIUM LIQUOR!! We were well
taking care of by Ana Marie (housekeeper), and Victor brought everything we needed!!! The weather was perfect (everyday)...
Thanks god for the pool at the villa...Loved it!!! The Sunday nite party was out of this world too...
Do you have access to rent the same type of Villa's (and VIP perks) in any other locations. Like Turks & Caicos? ( we are thinking
about April 2016 already) we would be very satisfied to return to Puerto Plata too....
We were very close to buy in to Lifestyles at the 7 bedroom level, but 1 of the 6 would not bend...Hopefully, we can revisit and
have a better idea of what we want.

entrance to VIP beach.
It was awesome! ( though they only gave me one golf cart and wouldn't let me rent any more )

Wish the Punta Cana site had villas and not just suites.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. The four of us thoroughly
enjoyed our stay at Lifestyles. Villa was perfect.
Kosher plan worked out fine. Mr. Levine was extremely accommodating to
everyone using his services. Only complaint was
that Lifestyles had us waiting at the airport for 45 minutes after we
arrived and went through customs because they wanted
to use the same car bringing guests for a later departure. Thanks for
your help. We posted a review on TripAdvisor
